I put this garden in this past summer. The entire project took 3 days and I did it myself.

This corner of my house was enclosed by a chain link fence by the previous owner and was filled with wood from our recent house renovation. After clearing the space, I put in the small stone patio from large flat stones I had collected. It only took me one evening to complete.

The next day I added peat moss and humus to the soil then started dividing plants from around my yard and planting them. What was an awful eyesore is now a beautiful corner to sit in and relax.
