The Tranquillity rose, is a 2012 introduction by David Austin. They are English Musk roses that begin with round buds that are lightly tinged with yellow, and edged with red. As the flowers open, they quickly become the most perfectly formed rose flower of pure white.
The neatly placed petals form a perfect rosette. These 'perfect' flowers are cupped, globular, and scalloped. The very full flowers have more than their share of petals.

If you are searching for some white English roses, this repeat blooming rose will make a very good rose to add to your rose garden.
It doesn't get to big (it grows only 3-4' tall), and it is not only a healthy growing rose, but grows vigorously.
It has few thorns, and is classified as almost thorn-less; (Making them great for picking bouquets)
Uses for this rose include; Garden rose, beds, borders, hedges, landscape rose, and also good cut flowers for the vase!
I think this rose is so pretty in all stages, from the buds, to the opening blooms, to the final stage of the totally opened flower.
English Musk Hybrid roses are well known for having perfect flowers, and this one is no exception.
I'm only guessing... but I'll bet the name comes from the fact of the pure, perfect, lightly scented blooms.... You know......Peace and Harmony...Tranquil!
