Modern Blush Rose
Parkland Series Roses
The Modern blush rose, is one of the Parkland series roses, created in Canada for extreme winter hardiness. This cold-hardy, and disease resistant rose produces beautiful old-fashioned blooms that are a peachy/pink color. They remind me of a delicate, (smaller) version of the beautiful Hybrid teas.
If you live in the Northern climates, roses from this series are a good choice for you. (They also do well in warmer climates)

This low-growing, bushy rose was bred in Canada by the Department of Agriculture, The(Modern Experimental Station). They were bred for winter hardiness, and named after this place. Most of the roses from this series begin with the name modern...
It is a repeat-blooming rose, that is also very low-maintanence.
They are a great choice for hedges or borders.
These hardy roses are highly recommended for cold climate areas where hardiness is a factor. But don't think they are only for cold regions, warmer climates can enjoy them also. Hardy from zones 3-9, these pink shrub roses would look great in your garden!
