Hansa rose, is a compact, strong-growing Rugosa rose with vibrant magenta blooms and orange hips, 'Hansa' is one of the most rugged and appealing roses for your garden.

These hardy Rugosa roses make a splendid specimen for the back of the border, they also make an eye-popping Pink hedge rose when planted en masse.

You can expect profuse early to midsummer bloom with good repeat, on this hardy shrub rose. Blooming time is June-September.

This rose responds well to pruning, making it a good hedge rose. You can keep it trimmed to what ever height you like. This Rosa is a very hardy rose, (zones 3-9)and a good choice for northern climates.They will grow under difficult conditions, even when exposed to salt winds and spray.
