These easy Dessert Recipes are just that...Easy!

Lets face it, Preparing for a party is a Lot of work! Try some of these ideas for food that looks like you fussed all day, but are super easy to prepare.

Make your next garden party a success with a few of these easy desserts.

Strawberry Surprise Cake

1 box cake mix (white, yellow, or lemon)(will need 2 eggs for cake mix)

1 pkg. strawberry jello

1 can strawberry pie filling

1 20 oz tub cool whip topping

Directions:

Bake cake mix according to directions, in 13x9" pan

Let cake cool completely.

Make jello according to pkg directions.

When cake is completely cooled, take a wooden spoon, (or other suitable object) poke holes in cake, an inch or so apart, over entire cake.

Pour the liquid jello slowly into the holes of the cake, using it all

Refrigerate cake, 3-4 hrs.

Spread whipped topping on top of filling, or top each individual serving with a dollop of canned whip cream. (do not squirt the canned kind on the cake until ready to serve, it will turn to milk!)

Keep cake refrigerated

Cherry Cheesecake Cups

2 (8 ounce) packages Philadelphia cream cheese (soft)

2 eggs

3/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 12 vanilla wafers

1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla extract together. Beat until fluffy. Line baking cups with vanilla wafers. Put cheese mixture into the paper cups. Bake at 345 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Cool. Top with cherries

This is a SUPER easy dessert recipe!

Dreamsicle Swirl Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup 'Nilla Wafer crumbs

1/3 cup melted butter

1/4 cup sugar 1 1/2 pound cream cheese

4 eggs

14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon almond extract

7 Tablespoons orange juice concentrate

Directions:

1) Mix 'Nlla wafers, sugar and melted butter together and press into bottom of springform.

2) Cream sweetened condensed milk and cream cheese together

3) Mix in eggs, 1 tablespoon orange juice concentrate and extract set aside 1 1/2 cup batter for next step.

4) Puree remaining orange juice concentrate with 1 1/2 cup batter.

) Pour Batter into springform, swirl with orange batter and bake at 350 for 1 hour-till middle is set. Cool 4 hours.

Swedish Nut Cake

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

2 eggs 2 cups sugar

2 teaspoons baking soda

1/2 cup pecans

1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple with juice

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients. Mix for 2 minutes Bake for 25-35 minutes When cooled, sprinkle with xx sugar
